Whether you have letters, documents, invoices, presentations, assignments which need typing either from notes, written in long hand or dictated we can type it in a suitable format and either print it and send it to you, by post or courier, or email it as an attachment.
Please note that it takes approximately 1 hour to transcribe every 15 minutes of dictation.
We can take care of your bookkeeping requirements. Just send us details of your income and outgoings and we will enter them onto a spreadsheet or computer bookkeeping/accounts package to produce reports for your accountant at the end of the year. If you wish, we can also use a web based accounts programme. There are a few out there to choose from. This allows us to input your income/outgoings on to a programme which is accessible by you and your accountant.
Proof Reading
Do you produce lots of reports, articles or other documentation which will be read by others and needs to be grammatically correct? If your English skills are not quite what they should be, we can read through your work and make sure that it flows and will be understood by your "audience".
